Borrower must have a personal or business property to use as collateral

We will finance up to 75% of the property’s market value

Option for either a first or second mortgage

Poor credit history or limited business history is not a barrier

We provide short-term loans or bridge financing for a duration of 6 to 24 months only

The interest rate is between 15-16% per year

To make it easier for our borrowers, we require only monthly interest payments, with the principal due at term end
